Requirements

• Master's or PhD in computer science or closely related field
• Peer-reviewed publications, software development experience, or ML project experience
• Clear communication with step-by-step reasoning
• Fluent in French

Responsibilities

• Challenge language models on algorithm optimization, model training, network protocols, and performance tuning
• Document model failure modes to harden reasoning
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
