You will drive growth of Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder program in the Tampa area, building relationships with referral partners like detox centers and rehab facilities to connect individuals to life-saving virtual behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• Based in Tampa, FL area with willingness to travel extensively
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
• Healthcare or behavioral health outreach experience preferred
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program growth
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days/week to educate partners
• Identify barriers to treatment and improve access to care
• Gather partner feedback to refine strategies
