• Ensure professors are experts in using the platform
• Share best practices for formatting lectures and homework
• Manage full onboarding pipeline from contract to first class

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of client-focused work experience
• Experience meeting metrics or KPIs
• Background in teaching, coaching, or training
• Strong organizational skills for high volume tasks
