You'll provide person-centered care to residents in a senior care community, assisting with daily tasks like bathing and eating. Your work helps residents maintain independence and dignity in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide support services under nurse supervision.
• Help residents feel comfortable and independent.
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation.

📋 Requirements

• CNA or STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
• Must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use proper lift technique and equipment to move residents.

• Waiting to test for CNA/STNA considered for Resident Assistant roles.
• License out of date but willing to reinstate.
