You'll lead daily bakery operations and develop team talent in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll own inventory, scheduling, and training while ensuring quality and guest experience. This role is a direct pipeline to Bakery Operations Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory rotation, scheduling, and administrative checklists
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new staff
• Manage bakery operations independently in BOM's absence

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
