Description

As an Inventory Line Lead at Carvana, you will manage hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets. You will oversee vehicle movement, coach your team, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced automotive reconditioning environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths and areas for improvement
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management to team members
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
