💼 About This Role

You'll deliver onboarding webinars and provide proactive health monitoring for SMB/Core customers, ensuring they activate quickly and stay healthy. You'll work as the first technical guide for Account Managers, helping them navigate product workflows and configuration questions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead recurring onboarding webinars for SMB/Core customers.
  • Provide reactive 1:1 onboarding support via ad-hoc calls.
  • Proactively monitor portfolio health and conduct targeted outreach.
  • Serve as first technical guide for Account Managers on workflows.

📋 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Onboarding, CS, Support, or Implementation).
  • Experience interacting with customers via scheduled meetings or webinars.
  • Comfortable managing multiple customers using structured playbooks.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and success platforms.

  • Experience with webinar platforms like Zoom or GoToWebinar.
  • Familiarity with customer health scoring and usage analytics.
