In this role, you will acquire new enterprise customers across Western Europe, focusing on Italy, by running full sales cycles and taking a consultative approach with senior executives. You'll collaborate with internal teams to build pipeline, develop territory plans, and drive digital transformation conversations.

Requirements

  • Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with SaaS sales success in Contact Center or Conversational AI
  • Hunter mentality and passion for winning in a hyper-growth company
  • Confident navigating sales cycles with SVP/C-Level
  • Fluency in Italian and English required; Spanish and Portuguese a plus
  • Comfortable leveraging partner channels to support sales

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new enterprise companies across Western Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal)
  • Build and maintain pipeline through self-directed prospecting and BDR collaboration
  • Run full sales cycles from planning to close
  • Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Leadership)
