You'll oversee audit engagements and the firm's quality management system at BPM, an accounting firm. You'll shape long-term quality strategy and mentor staff while driving client satisfaction. This role offers flexible remote work and professional development through BPM University.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple audit engagements and resolve legal/regulatory issues.
• Supervise client services including audit strategy and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, driving satisfaction.
• Research complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
• Mentor staff through training, feedback, and career guidance.

📋 Requirements

• Licensed CPA
• BS/BA in Accounting or related field
• SEC auditing experience required
• 5+ years experience in public accounting
