You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance. Your work ensures timely deliveries and top customer satisfaction. This role offers performance-based pay increases every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory
• Coordinate with team for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Standing for extended periods and frequent physical activity
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Prior detailing or lot attendant experience
