💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end M&A deal processes for a defense technology company, from diligence through close. You'll build financial models and coordinate with stakeholders to execute acquisition and investment opportunities. This role is central to expanding CHAOS Industries' technology portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage data room setup and diligence tracking across stakeholders
• Build financial models including DCF, comparable company analysis, and synergy models
• Prepare investment analyses, executive presentations, and board materials
• Coordinate with outside counsel, financial advisors, and target management teams

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in investment banking or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling skills; build models from scratch
• Experience managing M&A processes including data room and diligence
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams under time pressure
