You'll join our dynamic Commercial team to fund commercial mortgage loans, ensuring strict compliance with AML and legal guidelines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review legal documents and AML compliance for commercial mortgage loans
• Instruct lawyers or partners and follow up on outstanding documents
• Manage personal pipeline to meet prescribed deadlines
• Close loans in the system and obtain authorized signatures on wires

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of commercial mortgage funding experience in Canada
• Knowledge of PCMLTFA Act and Regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual (French/English)
• Mortgage lending and AML compliance experience
• Post-secondary education in Legal or AML Compliance
