You'll manage a team of hourly associates in a vehicle reconditioning center, ensuring cars are repaired and ready for sale. Your core impact is meeting production and quality goals while coaching your team. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely.
• Oversee daily activities and coach team members to improve performance.
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.
• Train production associates using Quality Control standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and prevent hazardous conditions.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
