You'll design and evolve storage architectures supporting Kubernetes and AI/ML workloads at TensorWave, owning platforms like Ceph and high-performance NAS. Your core impact will be ensuring reliability and performance for GPU and distributed systems. This role offers technical leadership and mentorship in a fast-growing cloud infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve storage architectures for Kubernetes and AI/ML workloads
• Own production storage platforms including Ceph and high-performance NAS
• Lead lifecycle operations: deployment, scaling, upgrades, migrations
• Analyze performance and resolve bottlenecks across storage, network, compute

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, storage, or distributed systems
• Deep hands-on experience with Ceph (RBD, CephFS, and/or RGW) in production
• Strong Linux systems expertise
• Experience with high-performance storage platforms like Weka or VAST Data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI/ML or HPC workloads
• Familiarity with NVMe-based architectures and RDMA
• Experience integrating storage with Kubernetes at scale
