💼 About This Role

You'll support warehouse logistics, inventory organization, and product preparation for Pano AI's early wildfire detection systems. You'll work closely with a small team to ensure materials are organized and ready for field deployment, directly impacting the speed and effectiveness of wildfire response. This role is a 1-2 month contract based in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders.
• Stock, pick, pack, and prepare shipments for field installations.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and perform cycle counts.
• Support product assembly, testing, and equipment preparation.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience with receiving, stocking, picking, or packing shipments.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and materials in a warehouse environment.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic computer tools.

• Familiarity with inventory management software like Fishbowl, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Experience in manufacturing or product assembly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
