You'll design and deliver training programs to empower recruiters and hiring managers across Anduril's talent acquisition team. Your work will directly improve hiring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced defense tech environment. This role offers the chance to shape scalable enablement strategies at a mission-driven company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify training gaps and design training programs for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Establish and maintain a knowledge management system with playbooks and guides.
  • Facilitate workshops and initiatives to foster continuous learning.
  • Collaborate on training and adoption of new talent acquisition tools.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, HR training, or enablement roles.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training content for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Strong project management skills with multiple learning initiatives.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile) or Instructional Design (CPTD).
  • Experience with e-learning development tools and multimedia content creation.
  • Background in fast-paced technology or defense environment with high-volume recruiting.
