You'll support planning, coordination, and follow-ups for multiple projects in an agile development environment, working closely with delivery directors and multidisciplinary teams. Your core impact is keeping project plans, schedules, and documentation up to date so everyone stays aligned. You'll help maintain momentum by tracking blockers and fostering positive client and team experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sustain project planning and coordination for multiple mandates
• Keep project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and actions updated
• Coordinate recurring project rituals and information flow
• Track budgets, effort, progress, and risks, flagging issues early

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of project coordination or similar experience
• A degree in software engineering or equivalent experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
