You'll lead manufacturing engineering and technician teams to develop and scale production capabilities for reactor components at a clean energy startup. You'll own process development, facility readiness, and workforce planning to support aggressive program timelines. This role offers the chance to build manufacturing systems from early development through scaled production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop manufacturing engineering and technician teams
• Develop and mature core manufacturing processes for reactor components
• Lead facility layout planning and equipment installation
• Track manufacturing performance against schedule, cost, and quality

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or operations
• 3+ years in a people leadership role
• Experience developing manufacturing processes for regulated or high-reliability products

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in nuclear, aerospace, or energy manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with advanced materials or precision fabrication
• Experience scaling manufacturing from low-rate to high-volume production
