Requirements

• Previous experience in TPS fabrication and installation
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Experience with surface preparation and bonding processes
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in cleanroom or controlled environments

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, bond, and finish ablative TPS materials
• Install, fit, trim, and repair ceramic/composite TPS tiles
• Perform surface prep and bonding processes
• Inspect TPS installations for defects and compliance
• Conduct rework and repairs on damaged TPS systems
