💼 About This Role

You'll provide personalized, one-on-one occupational therapy in homes, daycares, and schools as part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team. Your care will help children and families reach their fullest potential with meaningful interactions and focused treatment sessions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans and goals
• Administer therapy to improve range of motion, strength, coordination
• Educate and train families on OT techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with the MedCare team to ensure quality care

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school program of Occupational Therapy
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Texas by start date
• Experience in pediatrics (preferred but not required)
• Bilingual skills (preferred but not required)
