As an Enterprise Premium Support Specialist at Notion, you'll provide high-touch technical support to our largest enterprise customers. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide dedicated account support to premium enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams
- Lead troubleshooting of advanced technical issues across Notion's platform
- Create and refine support processes and documentation
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B customer-facing technical roles
- Experience with REST APIs, log analysis, and SSO protocols
- Experience advising customers on AI tool adoption
- Track record of managing escalations in a fast-paced environment
✨ Nice to Have
- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Strong knowledge of Linux, NoSQL, MySQL
- Deep existing knowledge of Notion
