You'll join a hands-on R&D team developing precision surgical stapling devices across reloads, manual handles, or power handles. You'll own component design through manufacturing transfer and impact millions of patients in a fast-growing MedTech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, prototype, and validate mechanical subsystems for surgical devices.
• Develop 3D CAD models, drawings, and assemblies.
• Select materials and components for precision miniaturized mechanisms.
• Execute hands-on testing to characterize performance.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
• Experience designing precision mechanical components with exposure to injection molding, CNC, or additive manufacturing.
