Description

In this role, you will drive operational excellence for the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain organization by designing scalable processes, owning real-time dashboards, and leading cross-functional improvements to transition from manual workflows to an automated, data-driven powerhouse.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in supply chain process optimization in high-growth tech or manufacturing
• 4+ years in business process mapping (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro) within hardware environment
• Direct SOX audit experience and deep understanding of internal controls
• Mastery of ERP (NetSuite) and P2P (Coupa) platforms
• Proficient in SQL/Python and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode)

Responsibilities

• Own design and maintenance of GPSC Playbook with scalable SOPs and process maps
• Design and deploy real-time dashboards for actionable insights
• Lead ERP enhancements and drive automation of manual reporting
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks across teams
• Partner with Internal Audit to implement SOX controls and ensure audit readiness
