Description

You will work on multiple product capabilities, identifying and mitigating hazards, developing reliability models, and conducting root cause investigations to optimize asset reliability and safety. This collaborative role in a startup environment allows you to expand your skillset across product families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in reliability engineering, failure analysis, or closely related role
• Strong understanding of reliability principles and methodologies (FMECA, BIT, root cause analysis)
• Experience with RF systems
• Experience working in an agile engineering development startup

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate hazards and risks associated with mission critical systems
• Develop System Built in Test (BIT) architecture and design
• Develop reliability models and perform reliability predictions
• Conduct FMECA, FMEA, SHA, SSA, and Fault Tree Analysis
• Perform root cause investigations to optimize asset reliability and life cycle costs
