Description

In this role, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB customers, ensuring they onboard successfully and realize value from Couchbase's platform. You'll use digital tools and proactive monitoring to drive retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Inside Sales (SaaS preferred)
  • Ability to manage 50+ accounts using digital tools and automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfort working fully remote in India, collaborating with global teams across time zones

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for a large portfolio of commercial customers, ensuring seamless post-sales transition
  • Execute tech-touch and low-touch success plays to guide customers through onboarding and deployment
  • Monitor automated product usage data to identify under-utilizing accounts
  • Partner with Renewals and Sales teams to ensure timely subscription renewals for SMB
  • Identify at-risk accounts early through health scoring and trigger standard recovery playbooks
