You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and recruiting top talent while leading the loudest store in the mall. You'll drive sales and build customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through product promotion and social media
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lead teams and drive results
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations
