You will work with ASM's corporate R&D equipment in the lab, using metrology tools to measure and characterize wafers for process development teams. Your role includes developing new metrology recipes and techniques, performing lab operational work, and delivering creative solutions to improve lab operations. Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering, physics, or materials science (or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of semiconductor device physics and characterization
- Experience with metrology tools is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fab/lab environment
- Flexible working times (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
