💼 About This Role

You'll take direct ownership of production services at GoDaddy, ensuring they are fast, resilient, and always available. You'll deepen your technical expertise and grow your leadership presence by mentoring SREs while integrating AI-driven tooling into operational workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and operate scalable, highly available production services
• Build and maintain alerting pipelines, dashboards, and SLO-driven monitoring strategies
• Lead incident response end-to-end with root-cause analysis and blameless post-mortems
• Develop Infrastructure as Code coverage and internal tooling to eliminate manual work

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or Platform Engineering
• Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker in production
• Advanced Linux troubleshooting skills covering kernel internals, TCP/IP, DNS
• Proficiency in Python for production-grade automation and scripting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Defining and managing Service Level Objectives and Service Level Indicators
