You'll oversee the development and implementation of the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program in Orange County, supervising a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring compliance with Medi-Cal and CalAIM standards. This role directly impacts high-need populations by coordinating medical, behavioral, and social services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee ECM program development and continuous improvement.
• Manage, supervise, and train assigned staff (Advocates, Housing Navigator, QA).
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field.
• 2 years of administrative supervisory experience in substance abuse with justice-involved population.
• Working knowledge of Medi-Cal and CalAIM initiatives.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle.
