You'll join a healthcare-focused engineering team to ensure the quality of EHR and RCM platforms through manual testing. You'll partner with developers and product managers to design test cases and execute test runs that drive product quality forward. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world healthcare software testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute manual test cases against new features and regression suites.
• Develop test plans and cases from feature requirements and user stories.
• Reproduce issues and document defects with detailed steps.
• Track and manage tickets in JIRA and verify fixes.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of software QA testing experience or equivalent.
• SQL proficiency for validating data in relational databases.
• Hands-on JIRA experience for ticket tracking and workflow.
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI handling in test environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience testing healthcare software (EHR/EMR, RCM).
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress).
