Description

You will lead the industrial engineering team to scope, stand up, and optimize Anduril's manufacturing operations for best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization. You'll drive strategic initiatives for new facilities and production lines, collaborate across teams, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 5-7+ years of industrial engineering experience including managerial role
• Proven track record in leading teams and developing new manufacturing lines and facilities
• Experience driving production scaling in a manufacturing setting
• Strong project management and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrial engineering team, setting goals and evaluating performance for product lines from prototyping to full-scale production
• Develop and execute strategic concepts for new manufacturing facilities and production lines using a data-driven approach
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction, quality enhancement, and throughput maximization
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve process variation, imbalances, and bottlenecks
• Maintain capacity plans, layouts, CapEx plans, staffing allocations, and time standards for current and future manufacturing needs
