💼 About This Role

You'll join Fuel Cycle to build and deploy Claude Code agents that automate internal processes across marketing, sales, research, and finance. You'll work directly with the Founder/Chairman and cross-functional leads to make the company AI-native from the inside out. This role offers the chance to shape a company-wide agentic architecture from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Expand existing Claude Code agents in marketing, then extend to research, community, sales, and finance.
• Partner with department heads to map manual processes and design agentic replacements.
• Build multi-step agentic pipelines integrating Claude with Asana, Gong, and third-party APIs.
• Monitor deployed agents for accuracy and performance; produce playbooks for each agent.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and experience with APIs.
• Familiarity with Claude AI or similar LLM APIs.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Los Angeles.
• Recent graduate or equivalent 0-2 years of experience in a technical role.
