You'll drive Lean-Agile transformations and act as a Release Train Engineer for a federal client. Your core impact is implementing SAFe as close to doctrine as possible, adapting it to a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders to implement Lean Portfolio Management practices
• Facilitate ART ceremonies and manage dependencies across teams
• Coach stakeholders on SAFe roles and best practices
• Deliver hands-on coaching and SAFe certification workshops

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• 10+ years of professional experience in operations research
• Experience coordinating large organizations using SAFe

✨ Nice to Have

• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification
• Experience with Lean Portfolio Management
