You'll perform merchant risk management activities, including investigating risk alerts and managing fraud operations at Xendit. Your core impact is reducing fraud and chargeback exposure through proactive monitoring and investigation. This role offers exposure to payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct fraud and credit risk investigations triggered by alerts and merchant signals.
• Monitor merchant performance to identify high-risk merchants and mitigate exposure.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive investigations to closure.
• Assess merchant requests for payment channels and recommend appropriate controls.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in risk management, fraud investigations, or fraud operations.
• Understanding of risk concepts and experience with common risk metrics.
• Ability to conduct basic data analysis and structure investigations methodically.
• Excellent communication skills to write clear summaries and decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Databricks, or Splunk for data exploration.
• Familiarity with payment products like Virtual account, QRIS, Cards, eWallet, BNPL.
