You'll support daily operations in a Sur La Table retail store, inspiring customers through every stage of their culinary experience. You'll drive sales by sharing product knowledge and delivering a #bestincenter customer experience. This role offers a chance to join a brand with over 59 stores and a premier avocational cooking program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage customers and recommend relevant products or experiences
• Process sales, returns, and price checks using POS system
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and floor replenishment
• Meet monthly sales goals and promote add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Available to work 12-16 hours per week including nights and weekends
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred
