💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Fusion roadmap for dbt Labs, shipping net-new features that drive product-led growth and integrate with the dbt platform. Your work will directly impact monetizing local dbt deployments and shaping open source product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver the Fusion roadmap, shipping net-new functionality
• Define requirements for Fusion features that integrate with dbt platform
• Keep Fusion engineering team aligned, unblocked, and executing
• Contribute hands-on to dbt Core/Fusion codebases

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of product management in technical domains
• Strong grasp of system architectures for local deployments
• Understanding of how open source investments drive PLG growth
• Experience working with engineering teams to ship complex features

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
• Background in plugin architectures or extensibility systems
• Experience with SQL engines or query optimization
