You'll join our IT support team providing hardware and software support to Teyans across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. You'll ensure compliance with security policies and deliver a highly automated environment for our growing company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide hardware and software support for desktop and mobile endpoints
- Ensure device compliance with corporate management and security policies
- Manage video conferencing solutions and mobile device distribution
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in a similar IT service environment
- Proficiency in supporting Apple and Windows endpoints via enterprise MDM
- Working knowledge of Slack, Teams, Atlassian suite, and Microsoft 365
- Effective communication of technical topics to non-technical audiences
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with SLAs
- Familiarity with automated environment delivery
