• Drive QR and Soundbox deployment to grow merchant base
• Recruit, coach, and manage a sales team
• Plan market size and geographies for ASMs
• Monitor quality parameters and conduct audits

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years in sales and business development
• Experience in B2C markets and quota-driven sales
• Willingness to travel extensively in assigned area
• MBA (Marketing) preferred
