Description

As a SpaceX Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for mission-critical roles, from sourcing and screening to closing offers. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, give facility tours, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years recruiting experience, or associate degree and 2+ years, or 3+ years in lieu of degree
• Technical recruiting experience preferred
• Full life cycle recruiting experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Available to work extended hours/weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Partner with client groups on headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
• Screen and source candidates using creative methods
• Recommend top candidates and coordinate interviews
• Give facility tours and manage candidate experience
• Manage offer process including negotiations and extensions
