You'll manage and patch Windows Server and Linux systems in an enterprise environment. You'll troubleshoot monitoring alerts and handle customer escalations for an offshore team supporting Australian clients. This role offers rotational shifts for patching activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Patch and manage Windows Server and endpoint systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-based alerts and issues.
• Respond to customer escalations and provide support.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Solid understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Strong virtualization administration experience (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
• Familiarity with enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS).
• Knowledge of network fundamentals (switches, routers, SNMP).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LogicMonitor.
• Familiarity with PowerShell or Python scripting.
• Exposure to Azure or AWS.

• Rotational shifts including evening hours for two weeks per month.
