You'll serve as the financial brain trust for Mercor's product and engineering organization, building rigorous financial models for product launches and pricing decisions. Your core impact will be translating product roadmaps into revenue and margin forecasts that drive executive strategy. This is a foundational, high-leverage role where you'll write the playbook for how Mercor evaluates product investments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build financial models for product launches and pricing changes.
• Serve as financial partner to product and engineering leaders.
• Own ROI analysis framework for major investments.
• Build dashboards for portfolio financial health.
• Partner with Biz Ops to translate analysis into execution.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting and product finance at a high-growth tech company.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills from a blank sheet.
• SQL fluency for pulling and validating data.
• Strong analytical chops and sharp business judgment for executive framing.

• Direct experience supporting product or engineering at a startup.
• Exposure to AI, marketplace, or human-data business models.
• Track record of building a finance function from scratch.
