Your core impact is embedding robust financial crime controls across multiple jurisdictions through close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams. This role stands out for its focus on AI-enabled screening systems and data-driven risk decisions at global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global sanctions and AML screening strategy across major regimes
• Embed screening controls into product and infrastructure roadmaps
• Drive optimization of screening tools with KPIs and monitoring
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate risk into business decisions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in financial services, fintech, or payments
• At least 5 years in risk, compliance, or financial crime roles
• Strong expertise in global sanctions frameworks (OFAC, EU, UN)
• Proven experience designing and scaling financial crime controls

• SQL proficiency and data analysis skills
• Experience with crypto or digital asset risk environments
• Professional certifications such as CAMS or CGSS
