You'll support compensation lifecycle processes and HR analytics for a rapidly growing studio fitness company. Your work will directly impact hourly and salaried workforce pay structures and compliance. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, Finance, and field leadership at a high-growth investor-backed organization.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Support compensation process design and market analysis
  • Administer merit and bonus processes in Workday
  • Complete salary surveys and benchmark positions
  • Conduct FLSA classification reviews
  • Build and maintain compensation data and dashboards

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Working knowledge of FLSA and wage and hour compliance
  • Experience with compensation survey participation (Mercer, Radford, etc.)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
  • Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills
