You'll support compensation lifecycle processes and HR analytics for a rapidly growing studio fitness company. Your work will directly impact hourly and salaried workforce pay structures and compliance. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, Finance, and field leadership at a high-growth investor-backed organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support compensation process design and market analysis
- Administer merit and bonus processes in Workday
- Complete salary surveys and benchmark positions
- Conduct FLSA classification reviews
- Build and maintain compensation data and dashboards
๐ Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Working knowledge of FLSA and wage and hour compliance
- Experience with compensation survey participation (Mercer, Radford, etc.)
โจ Nice to Have
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills
