Description

You will coordinate with project managers and superintendents to drive project success, manage costs, procurement, and schedules on commercial, industrial, mission-critical, semiconductor, and data center projects in the Southwest. This role focuses on fostering a positive safety culture and mentoring field engineers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent to support project success
• Mentor and develop Field Engineers
• Champion cost management, forecasting, and control including purchase orders and subcontracts
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements
• Manage procurement schedule and contribute to overall project schedule development
