You'll be the first point of contact for customers at Topline Pro, helping small service businesses succeed with our AI platform. You'll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role offers exposure to multiple go-to-market functions in our Brooklyn office.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer customer calls, texts, and emails with empathy and clarity.
  • Troubleshoot questions and guide customers through solutions.
  • Flex between customer support and onboarding teams as needed.
  • Manage tasks in Asana and Google Workspace for workflow tracking.

📋 Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Growth mindset open to feedback and eager to learn.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Spanish fluency.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles like retail or hospitality.
