💼 About This Role

You'll strengthen operational execution and change delivery across Owl Payments Europe's live regulated payments environment. You'll identify operational pain points, drive process redesign, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across key services and vendors to keep Owl scalable and regulator-ready. This role offers broad exposure across payments, operational resilience, vendor governance, and Financial Crime operations with high visibility across Tripadvisor and Viator.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify operational pain points and control gaps across onboarding, payment flows, and AML/CFT operations.
  • Translate issues into process redesign, tooling changes, and workflow enhancements.
  • Coordinate incidents, service disruptions, and cross-workstream queries as first point of contact.
  • Produce operational MI, dashboards, and KPIs covering service performance and control effectiveness.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in operations, service management, or technical program management in fintech or regulated environment.
  • Proven experience driving process redesign and operational improvement with technical and business teams.
  • Experience coordinating incidents, escalations, or service issues across technical and business teams.
  • Experience working with outsourced providers including SLA monitoring and service reviews.
