Description
You will bridge communication between the Vietnam team and Korea HQ, manage project schedules and milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver visual content projects. Your role ensures seamless collaboration and timely delivery of technically complex productions.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as Project Manager or Comtor (excluding freelance)
- Korean TOPIK 5+
- English middle level
- Excellent written and oral communication in Korean
- Proactive, positive, responsible attitude
Responsibilities
- Translate technical and business documents between Korean, English and Vietnamese
- Act as communication bridge between Vietnam teams and Korea HQ
- Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, drive follow-up actions
- Plan and manage project schedule, milestones, track progress across Art, Tech, and Korea team
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance processes, ensure collaboration
