💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic business partner to global CS leadership, driving retention and efficiency across the Revenue Operations team. You'll own the operational health of the customer base, protecting recurring revenue through data-driven insights. This role offers high visibility with senior leaders and a chance to shape scalable processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own retention forecasting and churn analysis
  • Manage CSM quotas and commission inquiries
  • Drive QBR and off-site preparation
  • Liaise with ISD to validate tool requirements

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Revenue or CSM Operations
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Proficient in Gainsight (Success Plans, Playbooks, Health Scoring)
  • Strong analytical rigor with a GTM business approach
