💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a primary contact for members' credit and account inquiries at a fintech startup. You'll manage payment tracking, account reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with Credit and Risk teams. This role offers autonomy and the chance to shape operational processes in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to member credit and account inquiries via third-party platforms
  • Manage payment tracking, account reviews, and exception handling
  • Update process documentation and maintain accurate member records
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Finance, Credit, and Risk teams

📋 Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in client operations or relationship management
  • Prior experience supporting high-net-worth clients in financial services
  • Comfort working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

✨ Nice to Have

  • Exposure to credit or finance environments
  • Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Slack and Zendesk
