You'll serve as a primary contact for members' credit and account inquiries at a fintech startup. You'll manage payment tracking, account reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with Credit and Risk teams. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to member credit and account inquiries via third-party platforms
- Manage payment tracking, account reviews, and exception handling
- Update process documentation and maintain accurate member records
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Finance, Credit, and Risk teams
📋 Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in client operations or relationship management
- Prior experience supporting high-net-worth clients in financial services
- Comfort working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
✨ Nice to Have
- Exposure to credit or finance environments
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Slack and Zendesk
