You will create visually engaging designs and graphics that convey complex technical concepts, working with cross-functional teams to develop brand identity systems, assets, and templates across digital, print, and environmental mediums.

Requirements

• Mastery of design, typography, color theory, illustration, composition, and form
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Proven track record leading projects from strategy through execution
• Ability to transform complex ideas into compelling narratives
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive brand identity systems including typography, color, imagery, and visual language
• Create brand guidelines and design systems that scale across digital, print, and environmental applications
• Create key brand assets, templates, graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for slide decks, proposals, marketing materials, and digital media
• Transform complex technical data into clear visual representations like infographics and diagrams
• Develop long-term design strategies and stay ahead of design technologies
